New manager training that builds strong fundamentals on day one
For newly promoted managers and first time managers.
Most new managers struggle not because they lack motivation, but because nobody teaches them the fundamentals of people management. They are promoted for performance, then expected to “figure it out” while leading real people under pressure.
This training focuses on what new managers actually need: Setting clear goals, Giving feedback that changes behavior, Developing their team and Hiring. Managers who learn these fundamentals early succeed faster.
Those who don’t struggle longer and often lose their best people.

Why New Manager Training Matters
Common mistakes that derail new managers

Goals are too vague
New managers often inherit unclear objectives. Without structure, teams lose focus, priorities shift, and deadlines slip.
Avoiding difficult conversations
Performance issues are noticed early but addressed late. This creates frustration, tension, and loss of credibility.
Micromanaging out of fear of failure
Instead of delegating, new managers step in too often. This slows execution, prevents development, and leads to burnout.
These are not personal failures.
They are predictable outcomes of missing management standards.

How organisations use this training for new managers.
The Manager Development Program is not sold as a standalone course. It is deployed by HR and leadership teams to create shared management standards, reduce manager inconsistencies and support new managers during transitions.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is this training suitable for company-wide rollout?
Yes. The program is designed to be implemented consistently across teams, with shared tools, language, and expectations.
How long does the training take to complete?
The training itself takes 4–5 hours to complete across 6 modules. Managers can progress at their own pace, with time built in to apply each framework with their team before moving to the next module.
Beyond the training, implementation support is provided. I remain available to answer questions, and in most rollouts I actively support managers for up to 90 days to ensure the tools are applied consistently and effectively in real situations.
Is this training just for brand new managers?
No. This program is designed for managers in their first two years, as well as experienced managers who never received formal training on the fundamentals. If you are learning management through trial and error, this program provides the structured foundation you need. Many middle managers use it as a practical refresh to standardize how they manage their teams.
What if my company has its own management training?
Most corporate training focuses on policies, procedures, or leadership theory. This program focuses on practical management fundamentals: setting clear goals, giving feedback that changes behavior, and running effective one-on-ones.
Think of it as the operating system managers need before advanced leadership concepts. It complements existing training rather than replacing it. The program can also be integrated into an internal learning academy as part of a broader management rollout.
Do I get certificates or continuing education credits?
Managers earn a Certificate of Implementation only after demonstrating that the tools have been applied with their team and real results have been achieved. This certificate validates implementation, not just course completion, and is issued with approval from HR or leadership.
Can I get help if I get stuck implementing something from the program?
Yes. Managers receive direct access to me via WhatsApp and email for implementation support. If a tool does not fit your team or situation, I help you adapt it. The objective is implementation, not completion, and I am personally invested in making sure the program works in real life.
