Is there coaching included?
Yes, coaching is included and recommended to properly follow up and track the implementation of the outputs.
However, you can opt out of coaching and focus only on the pre- and post-assessment combined with the online training.
You can also choose the number of coaching sessions you want to include. A minimum of 2 sessions is strongly recommended for basic implementation.
