Terms of service

These terms govern your use of the Monday Simon website and products. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Monday Simon offers the Academy (free management training), the co-pilot (a paid product to help you manage your team), and coaching sessions. We may change, add or remove features over time to improve the service.

You are responsible for keeping your account details secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and let us know if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

The Academy is free. The co-pilot is a paid subscription billed at the price shown at checkout (currently $120 per year). Coaching sessions are available as a paid add-on (currently $99 per session), or included with a company Program. Subscriptions renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Taxes may apply depending on your location.

If you cancel, you keep access until the end of your current billing period. Refunds, where offered, are handled as described at checkout or on request.

When using the service, you agree not to:

The Academy content, frameworks, software and brand are owned by Monday Simon or its licensors. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use them for your own management practice while your account is active.

You keep ownership of the team and goal information you add to the co-pilot. You grant us the rights needed to operate the service for you, such as storing and processing that information to provide the product and coaching responses.

The co-pilot and coaching provide management guidance, not legal, financial or HR advice. You are responsible for the decisions you make about your team. Use your judgement and follow your own organisation’s policies and applicable law.

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error free, or that it will produce any particular result.

To the extent permitted by law, Monday Simon will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data or goodwill arising from your use of the service.

You can stop using the service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if you breach these terms or use the service in a way that could harm others or us.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Monday Simon operates. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of that jurisdiction.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
