Before the title
Get ahead of the step up
Companies promote on past performance, then expect instant management capability. The result is a tough first year, and a team that pays for the learning curve.
Leadership isn’t a personality trait. It’s a set of skills you can practise now, on the real work in front of you.
What sets a future leader apart
- Learns how strong managers actually operate, not leadership theory
- Practises the frameworks on the real work in front of them
- Shows they’re ready with proof, not promises
Start now, quietly. When the conversation about the step up happens, you’ll already look like the answer.
The difference
Two ways to reach your first team
Every future leader gets there eventually. The difference is what the first year costs.

FAQ
FAQ
Common questions from future leaders.
I’m not a manager yet. Is this really for me?
Yes. The Academy teaches the craft from zero and it’s free. Most future leaders start there and add the co-pilot once they have a team.
Is the Academy really free?
Yes. All six modules are free, forever. You only pay when you want the co-pilot to help you apply them with your team week to week, or to add coaching with a Monday Simon coach.
Do I need a team to practise on?
No. The frameworks apply to the work around you: projects, peers, and your own goals. The co-pilot becomes useful the day you get direct reports.
How do I show my company I’m ready?
Finish the modules, apply them to real situations, and bring what you built to the conversation. Proof beats promises.
In which languages is it available?
The Academy and coaching are currently available in English, French, and Thai.
