New manager training that teaches you the fundamentals on day one
For newly promoted managers.
Most new managers fail because nobody teaches them the fundamentals. You do not need leadership philosophy. You need to know how to set clear goals, give feedback that changes behavior, and develop your team so they want to stay and grow.
The managers who figure out the people management basics fast will succeed. The ones who keep winging it will struggle, burn out, and watch their best people leave.

Why New Manager Training Matters
Common mistakes that derail New Managers

Goals are too vague
You are failing to clarify clear objectives and the roadmap to get there. Vague goals create confused teams and missed deadlines.
Avoiding difficult conversations
You know someone is underperforming but you keep hoping it will fix itself. Meanwhile, your team notices you are not addressing the problem and they lose respect for your leadership.
Micromanaging out of fear of failure
You are afraid to delegate because you think you can do it faster yourself. This burns you out, prevents your team from growing their skills, and creates a bottleneck that slows everything down.

Frequently Asked Questions
How long does the program take to complete?
The program takes 4-5 hours to complete, spread across 5 modules. You can go at your own pace. Take time to apply each framework with your team before moving to the next module.
Is this training just for brand new managers?
This program is designed for anyone in their first 2 years of management. If you are struggling with the fundamentals or learning by trial and error, this will give you the foundation you need. Middle managers who needs a “refresh” are also following the program because they did not have the opportunity to learn the basics before.
What if my company has its own management training?
Most corporate training focuses on policies, procedures, and leadership theory. This program teaches you the practical management skills you need on Monday morning : how to set goals people understand, give feedback that changes behavior, and run effective one-on-ones. Think of it as the fundamentals they should teach before the leadership concepts. This complements company training, it does not replace it. If your company has its own learning academy, it is possible to export the modules as part of your company’s learning offering.
Do I get certificates or continuing education credits?
You earn a Certificate of Implementation when you prove you have applied the tools with your team and shown real results. This demonstrates actual implementation, not just course completion. You need the approval of your management or HR before issuing the certificate of completion. More information here.
Can I get help if I get stuck implementing something from the program?
Yes. You get direct access to me via whatsapp and email for questions about implementation. If you are struggling to apply a technique with your specific team or situation, I will help you adapt it. The goal is implementation, not just completion, so I am invested in making sure this actually works for you.
