But what does that mean?<br>You can write in the ChatGPT assistant:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cHelp me create 3 SMART KPIs for production efficiency.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The ChatGPT for KPIs and managers might guide you to something like:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Reduce machine downtime from 8% to 5% by Q4.<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Increase first-pass yield from 92% to 96% within six months.<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cut unplanned maintenance hours by 15% through proactive checks.<br><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Of course, you need to set your own targets.
